Embroidery
Cap panels are embroidered on machines, flat or raised 3D depending on the design.

Sewing
Our sewers join the crown, brim and details into a finished cap.

Forming
Caps are pressed on a mould to hold a clean, even shape.

Inspect & deliver
Each cap is checked for stitching, seams and shape, then packed and delivered on schedule.
